does any one now how you would calculate a question like this
A college is remodeling two existing spaces. The first space is a retail copier outlet the dimensions of which are 50?X 80?. The second space is a book store, its dimensions are 50?X100?. Each space has its own door and 50? of show windows. Additionally there is a shared space of 20x50 that contains two bathrooms and a utility closet for the phone communications gear. The voltage is 208/120 three phase.
my Question really pertains to the " shared space of 20x50 " What would the lighting load be calculated at? 3.5/sqft as office? or 3 va/ft as store?
and If it is office do I also use 1va per sqft 220.14K
