OSHA regulation inquiry about Air pressure gauge.

Hello, I have a question about the air pressure gauge configuration of the pneumatic valve. I have only configured a digital pressure gauge on the main regulator, but I understand that if the operator cannot check the pressure value when the power supply to the digital gauge is cut off, it is a violation of OSHA regulations. Does anyone know the relevant OSHA regulations?

That sounds like an energy lock out issue...that is they must be able to verify lack of energy (pressure) before working on the system.
