OSHA Warning of Incorrectly refurbished circuit breakers.

Although the specific breakers generally used in areas that fall under MSHA authority OSHA found it necessary to issue the advisory. The following statement within the warning also highlights OSHA's position on equipment listing requirement.
"A workplace under OSHA?s jurisdiction generally must use circuit breakers approved (tested and certified) by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) that OSHA recognizes to test the particular type of breaker. The NRTL?s mark that appears on a breaker indicates that the NRTL properly approved the breaker. OSHA can cite employers if they use breakers not properly approved by an NRTL."

I would call these more of a counterfiet than improperly refirbished, PEARL certified companies recieve training (In fact from the same C-H guy that sent this out) and have recognized refirbishment standards.
