I'm an electrical trainer for a small utility company. We have a training center which has 10 trouble shooting boards made in the '70s.
They are all fed from a single 120v - 15 amp breaker. Each board has a 2 amp fuse protecting it. There are studs and knife switches with shock hazard potential on the boards. My question is - 'Is full Cat 1 or Cat 2 PPE required in a controlled training environment or are electrically rated gloves with scuffers and safety glasses adequate?'
