shall we share out door receptical whith indoor receptical(not kitchen . sa circuit)or should we have a circuit only for out door receptical? is it a requiered? if yes what article?in code book?

The outdoor receptacle can be shared with any general purpose circuit. This is a design issue so depending on what the receptacles' intended use will be will determine whether or not you'll need a dedicate circuit. One example would be Christmas lights. I've seen some elaborate Christmas lighting setups that required more than one circuit to more than one outdoor receptacle.
