Hi all,
We are refeeding an outbuilding from a new structure. Not sure the details, let's say like a 100A feeder from new building to outbuilding. The 100A feed is fed from OCPD in our new building service panel, goes underground across the parking lot, then hits a non-fused disconnect. I believe there is a panel inside the building without a main.
A lot of assumptions there that I still need to confirm, but the question to the group here is: does the outbuilding have to have a main service overcurrent protection ~at~ the building, or can the OCPD occur back at the main building, and the non-fused disconnect at the outbuilding suffices?
