Outddor lighting onutlets under canopy 12 foot high!

Am in the process of wiring an outdoor canopy from 1 church building entrance to another. Have run a 12/3 feed from building into outdoor bell box bolted to wall. Plan on useing carflex to bell box then 1/2" ridgid for the entire run thru clips. Would it be stronger to hang it from uni-strut. As in the future they ( The church) will be installing moisture proof 4 foot fixtures from what ever I use. I was thinking of useing shallow unistrut. Any ideas code compliant of course.

You will suprised when you go to buy RMC, the price has gone up due to steel shortage. I would suggest emt with the new listed raintight connectors, and use 3-0 or 4-0 bell type boxes, or sg bell boxes.
It really depends on the type of fixture how to pipe it. I would surface mount and run carflex to each fixture.
