Can we run cables in outdoor trench (similar to the indoor accessible trench)?

For information, it runs only for max 30 meters, from the outdoor unit substation to the indoor panel, all are within the site boundary. Please advise.

The trench is a wireway and a wet location. As long as the conductors are suitable for use in a wet location, you can run them in PVC conduit, steel conduit, concrete conduit, brick conduit, sand, or concrete trench. The concrete trench is designed for the purpose of use as a nonmetallic wireway (Article 378) and not as a sewer line so installing wires is per its intended (listed) use.

Does NEC include the indoor concrete trench in wet locations?

My first intention was the concrete trench includes cables laid in trays or cantilevers supports & the cover (checker plate) will be sealed properly against rains. I've a huge amount of the single core cables 630mm2 & i want to simplify their installation by keeping them in outdoor concrete trench not in conduits.
