Outdoor Flush Mounted Wet Rated (NEMA3) Subpanel?

Many surface mount NEMA 3s available. Also flush mount combined load centers rated NEMA3. But I cannot find a NEMA 3 flush mount subpanel. Any suggestions?

Yeah I don't think you'll find one. Good luck. It's relatively hard to even get any NEMA 3R subpanel lately.
