680.43A seems to state you must have at least 1 receptacle between 6-10ft from tub.

Am i correct in assuming you do not need a 120v receptacle within 6-10ft of an outside hot tub

As mentioned for outdoors parts 1 and II apply, 680.22(A)(1) still requires at least one receptacle. Still no closer than 6 feet but maximum distance from the pool is 20 feet.
