Outdoor Kitchen under pavilion

Was just asked to do an outdoor kitchen. Looking for some clarification. The AHJ is on 2017 NEC and from what I can tell due to it not being in a dwelling 210.12 dosen't apply and 210.52 doesn't apply. So I was looking at running one or two small appliance circuits. One for the fridge and one for receptacles. Looking at 225.32 I would need disconnecting means at the pavilion. Is that correct?

Is this at someone's house, a church, or what? If it's anything more than a moderate house, then I'd to at least two SABCs (maybe more). Lighting? You might need to put in a small panel instead of branch circuits.

It's a single family residence. I don't have all the details yet. I was contacted by the hard scape company installing the kitchen and it is a rush job. The guy wants it done by memorial day. Didn't say anything about lighting or fans. Just power to the fridge and counter. I don't believe it's very big from the conversation I had. More details to come.
