Outdoor lights code compliant?

I want to install these lights on the front of a deck. http://www.seagulllighting.com/2857/Outdoor-Lighting-8927-15.html
I planned to recess plastic round fs boxes so i can mount this flush to some azak on the front of the deck this deck is not covered . Anyone have any thoughts on this. I think a pancake or metal box will let water from behind or above. maybe it cant be done.

There are available similar lights that work directly with a round cast fs box
