I have outdoor menuboard sign for restaurant drive thru. The sign has power cables which has disconnect.

The menuboard sign now also has communication cable low voltage in separate conduit from power. I am wondering does the communicable need to have disconnect? I read NEC 2014 section 600.6 but their is no mention of communication cable disconnect or I don’t see one

It could be a fiber optic communications cable. Would that need a disconnect?
Comm cable is likely a class 2, no fire or shock hazard.
