I will be starting to work on a Natural Gas processing plant soon. The company wil pipe natural gas from a site in the county to the plant into two/ three large storage tanks then clean the gas and remove the impurities, then cool the gas and sell it to ATMOS the supplier of gas in our area. All of the processing is outdoor. Several 200HP motors and a total of 600HP of motors. I believe that the classification of the area would be Class 1 Division 1. and around the tank area .. Buck Storage as Class 1 Division 1 and Division 2- Zone 2. Am I right? At one area the tank set in a somewhat hole with a concrete wall 15 feet tall one one side and a 10 foot on another with one end somewhat open and the top open. If I run conduit along the opposite side of the wall away from the tank I think that I must run rigid because of the Class 1 Division 2 classification!! Am I right here also?
Thanks
