Outdoor outlet height

Is there any code related to outdoor outlet height. The only thing I could find referred to not being more than 6-1/2' above grade for balconies and front and back of house in 210.52. I would think you would want to be above highest snowfall, but is there a minimum height

There is related to the datum plane for areas that could be exposed to fluctuating tidal or water levels. Other than that not aware of any other restrictions. Best practice would say high enough to avoid potential water damage or intrusion from snow cover melt.

Thank you, and thanks for reminding me about water levels I forgot about that completely, great to remember for test question. My inquiry was about std residential which we seem to agree on.
