I have a customer who needs several circuits run to a large fountain. Need to set a panel but I can't find what the minimum distance required from the water. Does anyone know? Thx

is there a special rule for panel boards in this respect? I am by no means real conversant on pool and fountain rules but I don't recall seeing any special rules for panel boards.

If this is a permanently installed fountain, it *looks* like 680.12 fits.

And per 680.12, panel can be no closer than 5 ft.
