I am pretty new to outdoor substation high voltage equipment. looking at different type of circuit breakers, wondering if there is any way to find out the type of a 44 kV CB by the look of it (whether it is SF6 or Oil or Vacuum circuit breaker)? I have been on different hydro substations with different breaker types and if I did not have the equipment info, I could not realize the difference.
