Outdoor Transformer Primary ocpd

I have 150kva, 480v - 120/208v outdoor transformer, the primary ocpd is over 100 feet. Do I need another disconnect means near the transformer? All I find in the code is for the secondary conductor. Does that mean I dnt need disconnect means near the transformer for the primary?

Also visit art 225 if at a separate structure. The separate structure will almost always need a disconnect in/on the structure. Overcurrent protection at the feeder source however may be sufficient though.
