I am extending my patio and putting in a gazebo. I would love to get electrical to the gazebo (lights, fan, TV), but I was trying to figure out how to with meeting code. The easiest way for me would be to tie into a living room outlet by drilling through the exterior wall and adding a GFCI outlet. I could either hardwire from this box to gazebo or have the gazebo full wired separately and then plug it into the outlet when needed. Would either of these work(currently the living room is on a 15AMP breaker)?

If any of these don’t work, a delicate circuit would be the only option? However, I am trying to avoid that because my basement is finished in that area plus my panel is maxed. I would need a sub panel.

This appears to be a DIY question so I am closing this thread in accordanc with the forum rules.
