outlet distance from bathtub

I know for a hot tub outside, or pool, the outlet distance is at least 6 feet. But what about in a bathroom, the distance from an outlet and bathtub? Should it be any different? Thank you

It's the smallest amount you can measure with your ruler.

There is no minimum distance, it just needs to outside of the edge of the tub.
