Can someone tell me where in the code book it states the maximum height for locations off the AFF and still be counted as a wall convenience receptacle? Got a builder who wants to glue the wall board to a foundation base...Thx in advance

Receptacles that are more than 5 1/2 feet above the floor can't count as part of the required receptacles.
