Outlet removal question

I am in the process of refinishing my basement, I ripped down my walls to the studs and am looking to remove all my electrical outlets and disconnect the power so, that I can eventually put in new electrical. What is the best way to disconnect the power to my outlets so that I can take down all the framing?
