I have two outlets in an outdoor pavilion. One is about 8 ft and a tv will be plugged into it. The other is about 9 ft and a speaker will be plugged in. Do they require gfci protection since they are up higher and do they need in use covers. Where they are located is completely underneath the roof. Thanks
