Greetings all, a customer has a upscale Italian restaurant/bar downtown with perimeter outline lighting around the top of his historic brick building.
It has a classic look.
The thing is I have re-lamped them a few years ago with LED and its just a long string candelabra Christmas lights tacked around the top of the building, per code probably only legal for 90 days at a time.
The sockets literally fill up with water and ice in the winter and trip the GFCI up there.
They probably have been up there 5-10 years now.
Now I am looking for a code compliant replacement and not finding anyhting other than rope light which does not have the same effect.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance ambrosia.png

They make outdoor led tape lighting. Not sure what the wattage you are looking for... tape light is around 5-7 watts/ft

Yeah tried that, he is looking for something more classic looking, where you can see the bulbs, like an old theater.

Costco sells outdoor decorative lighting strings, LED edison look lamps, they hang down so minimal water entry into socket, seems like they are a candelbra socket

Here are a few options I found, but don't know how suitable they'd be for what you want:
