So we have been asked to bid a 25 "office" job in a strip mall. The GC said its 25 offices, not health care. Nothing on the minimalist prints indicated use type. But, today I find out it will be outpatient psychiatric care with 25 offices, 14 of which are for the outpatient psychiatric care.
GC is saying no health care cable required since no machines will be hooked up. Basically an office where they talk to patients. I'm saying outpatient psychiatric care is health care and therefore the care rooms/ offices need to be wired as such.
I'm looking for opinions or experiences which you all have encountered and the resulting wire method. Thanks guys.
