Outside feeder tap disconnect at sports lighting pole

I'm working on a baseball field lighting project where they want the overcurrent protection for an outside feeder tap to be located 10' AFG on the pole. Is there an exception to 2020 NEC that would allow this? 225..32 exception 3 provides for a remote location for lighting poles but I don't see an exception to 240.24(A) regarding "readily accessible" and the 6'-7" maximum mounting height. The higher mounting height seems common on sports lighting installations but I can't find an article that allows it.
