I know NEC 2017 section 230.3 says service conductors pass thru another building shall not pass thru interior of another building or structure.

However I have outside feeder that go thru interior of the building pass thru them and feed another outside building. Is their anything like the above first paragraph for outside feeders? I looked at NEC 2017 section 225 but I did not find it maybe I missed it

225.31 would require a disconnect for a feeder passing thru unless the exception in 225.32 applies.
With that i mind it would seem 225.30 would limit any additional feeders to those specified in 225.30(A) but it a little bit of a grey area to me.

Where does the outside feeder originate?

The attached picture below the feeder originates lower left hand corner Panel MDP goes underground and comes up again in the top right Electrical Shed attached to the building where it says new trough.

From the trough it again goes underground to totally separate building.

Would the electrical shed attached to the building consider separate building? I wonder? Would it need disconnect outside feeder passing thru another building?

I would not consider the electrical shed another building.

Why bring feeder back into building before going to the additional building? Why not go directly to the additional building?

No it is clear from the drawing that the shed is part of the same building so I don't see how the feeder to the other building is passing through anything.

Other than it feeds out, back in, then out to another building. If AHJ is viewing the electrical shed as a seperate structure (possibly due to fire walls), it then is feeding thru. And I still don't see the necessity for doing it that way. But I don't see it a seperate structure.

To me you have an outbuilding who's feeder originates on the inside of the main building.
