The question is:
I have a transition from underground to plenum ceiling.
Can I run an outside plant loose tube fiber optic cable in a 3/4 emt conduit 200' in a plenum return ceiling?
Since it does not require protection devices as it is fiber, is it still limited by the entrance requirements of 15m or 50'(800.113)
Would Plenum rated innerduct be sufficient or emt as a requirement.
Thanks
Mike

Thanks Chris!
I found what I was looking for under 770.113 exception #2
now i just have to run the conduit.

Exception No. 2: Nonconductive optical fiber cables shall not be required to be listed and marked where the cable enters the building from the outside and is run in raceway systems installed in compliance with any of the following articles in Chapter 3: Article 342, Intermediate Metal Conduit: Type IMC; Article 344, Rigid Metal Conduit: Type RMC; Article 352, Rigid Nonmetallic Conduit: Type RNC; and Article 358, Electrical Metallic Tubing: Type EMT.
