Is an outside walk-in freezer considered a seperate structure? I do not feel it meets the definition onf structure. What all will need to be installed for this type of installation? I think, it will still needs an outlet per 210.63, disconnect on the roof for the refrigerator unit per 440.14. Now the light that is inside already has it own switch. I would like some opinions? Am I missing anything?

I always thought that this requirement got a bit excessive. If you want to add one convenience recept in a baseball dugout you have to add a service disconnect switch since the dougout is a separate structure.

Isn't the dugout typically under/within a wall of the stadium? How is that seperate?

If you want to add one convenience recept in a baseball dugout you have to add a service disconnect switch since the dougout is a separate structure.

But, that disconnect can be an ordinary snapswitch in an ordinary junction box.
