Outdoor kitchen going in backyard. We will have 4 SA circuits in RNC conduit. Part of the conduit will be under the 6" slab, part will not. All of the circuits will be GFCI protected.

Question: Does all the conduit run fall under column 3 or column 4 of Table 300.5?
 
Thanks Chris! The only reason I ask for conformation is: the stupid French Drain & Gravel makes the digging hard. It's hot out, and my guys want to dig as less as possible.
