Over current of Fire pump three phase 50 hp, 480v with locked rotor current of 6kw per hp. Control located outside. Question on master electrician xam

I have reviewed over current on firepumps and can not find anywhere in the code where over current and locked rotor current are mentioned to find solution. Please help.
