For continuous load 220.19 125% for wire size. 220.20 breaker size 125%. If it's a motor shouldn't the breaker be 250% of the flc? Thanks

Could be even higher but only required to be 125%.

The first part of article 430 for motor circuits says that it supersedes requirements of other sections. (Words to that effect)
