I'm wiring louvers.
The actuators are pre wired.
The wire I make my connection to appears to be 18 gauge.
The circuit feeding is 20 amps.
Should I be putting a in line fuse on these.

do you have the mfg/pn?
they are usually internally protected

no I don't think you need to fuse it

The name plate says 120v .35 amps
Drawings tell me 4 louver moters per circuit. Im having trouble up loading a picture from my phone. Its definitely not #12 wire.

The factory lead wires are fine on a 15 or 20 amp branch circuit. No different than any number of products with smaller factory conductors than the branch circuit. These conductors really only carry the normal load of the device and the theory is that they would be large enough to trip the branch OCPD in case of a fault. It is also common for actuators of this type (like a lot of small fan motors, etc.) to be impedance protected so that even if jammed they will not overload.
