The alternative is to find a bronze-colored similar fixture that is motion-controlled. So far, we've not found it.

You could use any light that is suitable for a closet and have your electrician wire in an occupancy sensor to control the light.

Standard occupancy sensor switch inside the closet, or a door-jamb switch.

RAB has a nice selection of small motion sensors, on line or give them a call, they have good tech support

Unless it is a "walk in" closet I don't see occupancy detector necessarily being that effective in other typical closets.

I'd rather see door jamb switch if you want automatic operation of a closet light.
