Interesting issue has appeared in at least two separate locations utilizing similar equipment. Upstream fault initiates equipment overcurrent lockout set at 480A on 12kV primary side of delta-wye connected transformer. I am scratching my head as to the source of the current. The controller does not record current magnitude, so the event record record shows phase voltage and logic changes, 50P, lockout.
