I have cell tower site in which cabinet houses rectifiers and AC side draws 63A continuous load. So the breaker should 63x1.25=78.7A be sized 80A however it is sized 150A. The reason is future expansion.

When I look at NEC2014 210.20 it says minimum breaker size but not for table 240.3 equipment but don’t see rectifier cabinet. Can the breaker be sized 150A or needs to be 80A?

The NEC 240 requirements are predominantly for protecting the conductors and insulation, and typically not end use equipment. See the Informational Note for 240.1. 240.3 directs you to other NEC articles which may contain equipment protection requirements.
Does the equipment have a label that provides overcurrent requirements?
