Overhead circuit for sign

Hi,
What would be a good wiring method to wire a outdoor sign ( 4 FL floods or par 38 lamps ) about 50' from the store front?

tri plex from the building to the sign sounds like the way to go #6 maybe

I much prefer the latter; it just looks better.
