What are Network-Powered Broadband Communications Systems? 680.8. 3 I would think this would be cable but cable is referenced in communications.

(or 830.44(D) depending on the applicable Code cycle)

I know the code. However I don't know how to identify this. I thought internet came through cable and CATV is 10' not 22'
