overhead distribution details

I'm looking for reference material that shows typical overhead distribution pole configurations for 5KV and 34.5kV lines. For example, a standard detail showing all required clearances of a typical gang operated fused switch with station class arresters.

I realize that every utility has some standard details but I'm wondering if perhaps a vendor of the components puts together any good application type drawings and/or if there is a book out there on the subject including such standard details.
