I thought I would pose this question to you all and see if anyone had encountered this situation.
We have a client that would like his emergency generator to be placed 60 feet away from the property and have it feed the building via an overhead line. The problem I am running into is that the generator is also feeding a fire pump located in the building.
I've looked in NFPA 20, NEC 700 and 695...None of the articles tell me that this can or cannot be done. Am I overlooking something that should I be looking at? :-?
