Overhead Quadruplex to SER Sizing

Hi there, I'm doing a project that requires me to run overhead 3/0 quadruplex to a 200A subpanel. Both the main panel and sub are pole mounted, I'm wondering what do I size for the SER going up to the weatherheads, can I maintain 3/0 or do I have to use 4/0?
