First question as a newby to Mike Holt's forum, have been here many times to view but never to ask. I am working with a small fuel distributor to determine if their installation follows code.
One of their bulk fuel transfer points (with pumps and fill ports) has an overhead quad-plex service directly above. The service is obviously outside of the Class I area, but according to NEC 515.7 (A) I expect that the service does not meet code because it is directly over the class I area.
Is this correct?
