overload protection question

i am installing 2 - 1 1/2 hp, 3 phase, 240 volt, fla 4.8, service factor 1.15, exhaust fans. they both must come on at the same time . is there any code compliant way to use one motor starter and one set of overloads? or will i need to set a starter for each motor?
 
One MCP feeding one contactor feeding (2) OLRs specificaly sized for each motor. The N/C contact of each OLR is wired in series with one another and then in series with the contactor coil.
