I don't think any such site exists - but check your local library - if they don't have a copy their reference section has access to every library in the U.S. and can borrow it for you from any member library ...think they only charge you the postage.....also - if you are only after a particular section (rather than the entire article) they can photocopy that particular section and send it to you. I've never done this with the NEC but have with a number of other publications.

Check with your local inspector or the local IBEW apprenticeship.They should have a copy of the NEC to look at.The NJATC may have a copy to purchase for your very own.
