Pa 2008 or 2011 code?

Can someone tell me or lead me to a link that tells me what states adopted what code cycles? I am in Pa and other Electricans are telling me Pa goes by the 2011 code but when I look on Mike holt's link on adoption by state it says 2008 code..Can someone tell me if that is correct..Got laughed at when I broke out the 2008 code book..lol thanks for the help

Maybe. Don't you guys in PA have a bunch of Townships, etc. Some of them may march to different drummer in terms of code cycle.

I haven't seen any that are requiring the 2011 code yet. Any plans I've submitted came back stamped "to be in compliance with NEC 2008" or something similar.

I checked with a local code agency they said 2008...thanks for the help..
