PA. LICENSE

Can anyone please tell me the specific requirements to obtain a contractors(masters)license in the State of Pennsylvania. Hours/years required, edu. etc. ??

There is no statewide electrical license in PA, (yet).

I'm not certain when the next time they will vote on it.
