My question is the difference between packaged hot tubs and permanent ones as defined in 680. Does 680 section ll apply to packaged hot tubs? 680.42 says we shall comply with parts l an ll of 680. Part ll of 680 is for permanently installed pools. Does part ll apply to packaged hot tubs that are by definition not permanently installed?
