Pad mounted distribution transformers clearances outside building

Hello,

I am looking for ANSI/IEEE C57.12.00 standard which may have clearances for oil filled distribution transformers located outside the building. I know they need to be some feet apart fro the building and combustible materials. Does anyone have that code or clearance requirements?
