Here's a scenario:
Delta:WYE Distribution Transformer.
Primary cables with grounding ribbons coming from your primary riser (grounded at the pole)...primary grounding plate on the HV side where the grounds are terminated. On the secondary side you have a grounding plate bonded to the rebar in the pad, and a counterpoise. Your X0 bushing is grounded here for your system ground. My question here is if there is any problem bonding your primary and secondary grounding systems?
