PAD MOUNTED TRANSFORMER

Is anyone here have an experience in pad mounted transformer? i need to buy a pad mounted transformer 13.8kV to 208/120 V, 1500kVA , i have approximately 15 sets of 50mcm cable to be connected on the secondary of the transformer, the problem is it will be crowded if i used a standard 20 inches deep cabinet, i am not sure if this is possible but i am thinking to reqst a 30 or 36 inch deep cabinet. Is someone here already experience this that they have requested a special dimension for the cabinet.

I have some. Pad mount transformers are pretty much always made to order, so I would guess you could get whatever you want without a huge premium. However If you haven't checked, be aware there are long lead times on padmount transformers. Not sure scope of this project but you might want to check the used/ rebuilt /refurbished market such as eBay, Maddox, Sunbelt Solomon, TR, etc. If you can't wait a year.
